Trish and Luke helped me buy my dream house in the mountains in the spring of 2018. They are both great people and truly wanted to make my home buying experience as good as they could. The houses in my location and price range were both scarce and highly competitive at the time. They did everything  they could to make my offers competitive without overpaying for a house. They both actually cared about me and what I was looking for in a home and helped me to narrow my search and find the house that was right for me. I wasn’t just another paycheck to them. I was looking 40 minutes west of Denver in the mountains, which isn’t their normal radius. That is the only reason for the 4/5 on “Local Knowledge”. That being said, I was still very impressed with their knowledge of the area and loved the fact that they were willing to try so hard to find the right house and make those long drives to view different options. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a place to call home.
