Tis the season for LOVE … love of houses that is!

So, do you remember what it was like when we were all trying to buy toilet paper last year? Well, finding a house to buy in the metro area has become a bit like THAT. Yes, new homes are coming on the market every day, but the demand for most of those houses is very high due to low interest rates.

The past two Thursdays I’ve listed homes in the $500,000 price range and had over 80 showings booked within hours of it going live on the market. It’s pretty astounding for Sellers right now!
