JANUARY 2021 MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

JANUARY 2021 MONTHLY MARKET UPDATE

Our Metro Denver housing market popped the roof off in 2020 and ended the year with a BANG!

Happy New Year!  It’s Trish Hopkins with RE/MAX Professionals here’s the market update for December 2020.

With all the 2020 concerns, we were uncertain about the housing market, but Denver homebuyers responded with record-breaking demand and a staggering $33 billion dollars in sales.

In fact, for the first time in Denver history, there were almost 63,000 homes purchased in 2020.  That’s a new record for the most homes ever sold here, and it’s put a SEVERE pinch on housing availability.

So, what does 2021 hold for buyers and sellers?

Buyers need an experienced full-time agent and stellar lender to equip them for the journey ahead. I have a BIG tool kit full of strategies to help you WIN the home of your dreams – it’s totally possible.

Right now, I am helping several Sellers prepare their homes for sale. Inventory will increase as we move towards spring.

Are you thinking of selling your home this year? It’s essential to create a plan of action about WHEN to list and at what PRICE. Get in touch with me and we can help you decide what strategy will work best for you.

It’s an exciting time of year! I hope that you COLOR 2021 BEAUTIFUL.
