Full House

The nature of having a full house is that you do things on an as needed bases, 5 kids and running a business equals a VERY full and busy house. As it was, Dominic Rodriquez only had time for upgrades to his home when he could fit them in, and when the kids weren’t sleeping. Dominic had some amazing plans, because he was a contractor and fixing up homes is what he did. He did some great things too, the upstairs bathroom was a palace, with beautiful white marble on the walls and high- end trim finishes. That bathroom was truly outstanding as it stood out from the rest of the house, for not all of Dominic’s plans had been realized. There was a large slab of cut granite in the garage which was just waiting to be installed in their kitchen, there were floors to be refinished, so many updates to be done and so little time to do them in a full house.
So Dominic and Sarah did something bold once the time came to move, they moved early, renting out a place from a snowbird family. This left the house empty and over the course of two weeks, and very late nights he and his troops did all the things he had ever planned. It wasn’t just the counters and the floors, but the master bathroom, the kitchen backsplash, the fixtures, everything he had ever planned but could never fit in. He remade his house to give it, and by proxy his family, the best chance at getting TOP DOLLAR for his home. It was a remarkable effort, and one that paid serious dividends as the house sold for the most of any in its area, giving them stellar buying power as they began their own home search. Bold moves can make for big rewards, and the fruit of their labor was a dream come true – a Home worthy of what they had built, not floorboards and countertops, but Family.
